As part of its mission to foster sustainability in the furniture sector, FurnSERVICE will focus on helping EU furniture manufacturers improve their environmental performance by going beyond product footprints. Through product servitisation and innovative circular strategies, the project seeks to align the industry with the principles of the circular economy at a higher level.

To set this transition in motion, FurnSERVICE has launched a survey designed to collect valuable insights on current practices, tools, and regulatory knowledge within the sector. The questionnaire will also identify training needs and resources already in use, ensuring tailored support for companies.

The survey includes 38 multiple-choice questions and takes approximately 10–15 minutes to complete. Participants are asked to select the most appropriate level of maturity for each item. All responses will be treated anonymously and aggregated for analysis.

By participating, companies will be informed about project developments and will receive a complimentary PDF copy of the newly published “Handbook for Facilitating the Circular Economy Transition in the EU Furniture Industry.”
